Three legendary guitarists are set to perform at the outdoor Sweetwater Performance Pavilion.

John Jorgenson, Lee Roy Parnell and Joe Robinson will perform as Guitar Army at 7 p.m. on Saturday at the outdoor pavilion at Sweetwater. Tickets are on sale now for $15 at sweetwaterpavilion.com, at Sweetwater at 5501 U.S. 30 West, at Neat Neat Neat Records at 1836 S. Calhoun St., at all Wooden Nickel locations, or at the door on the evening of the concert.

Lee Roy Parnell is a country and blues guitarist who has charted more than twenty singles on the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks charts. His highest-charting hits are “What Kind of Fool Do You Think I Am” (1992), “Tender Moment” (1993), and “A Little Bit of You” (1995), all of which peaked at No. 2. 

John Jorgenson is a country guitarist who won the ACM – Academy of Country Music “Guitarist of the year” award three years in a row and has recorded and toured with Elton John, Bob Dylan, Bob Seger, Willie Nelson, Roy Orbison and more. 

Joe Robinson is a blues and rock guitarist best known for his virtuoso guitar abilities and for winning the 2008 season of Australia’s Got Talent. 

Guitar Army is the first of a series of concerts at the Sweetwater Performance Pavilion in 2018. Here’s the remaining schedule:
