Mompreneurs need to be disciplined with their relationship with time and she was in full swing. In the beginning she faced several challenges in her business. Competitive pressure, economic downturns and many more were an obstacle in her path. She got stuck, but she knew that as a mompreneur she should know what success means to her.

She was highly encouraged by the motivational quotes pertaining to her success, to build a business bigger than her limitations.

“If you hype something and it succeeds, you’re a genius; it wasn’t a hype. If you hype something and it fails, then it’s just a hype.”–Neil Bogart

From the commencement of her new venture, she was worried of several things. But gradually, she contemplated her efforts and focussed in resources and found the business skyrocket while making her a big profit.

She said,”It was tough to manage the things in the beginning as there were many resolves. I knew what exactly I wanted to have, but couldn’t find the path to get there.”

Sometimes there are bad days, while other days are exceptionally good. Someday you just feel to give up entirely. She would have had a tough time managing the team but there are a few things that she followed to keep herself and her team motivated. In order to prevent ship to submerge, she knew she should keep her employees more secure, as the risk of losing a talent is costly and difficult to replace. There is no single recipe to motivate the employees to perform better.

This is the story of one of my colleague. She discussed about her success when we had a reunion after a long gap. I am highly impressed by her passion. Moving further, she described me how she motivated her team on timely basis to perform better.

I have collected the brilliant ideas for you to motivate your team to give optimally better results.

Innovative approach

In order to retain business growth and innovation, you have to be open to consider other’s thoughts, ideas, ways of handling and new concepts. Tuning out suggestion from employees and team members will bring a loss. They would not get the inspiration to put extra efforts for the company if their ideas are not headed up.

Set goals clearly

Many of the employees report that most of their time gets wasted because they are not aware of what work was at priority and what wasn’t. To set clear goals, you have to work with the members of your team. Make sure that they know what is the priority work, what are their daily tasks and keep the things managed.

Offer them a pleasant place to work

Everyone loves to work in an environment that is clean and has positive vibes. The workplace should be stimulating with a standard to work. The employees should get enough space to work, recreational activities, a well stocked pantry, comfortable chairs etc. You can make use of bit of nature indoors, a casual space or clever office hacks for desk decorations.

Pay them what they deserve

Give them a pay that is consistent with the industry standards and their abilities. Value the talent and do not just lose them because of underpaying. Beyond this, give them the appreciation, praise and respect for the work they’ve done. Set some ground rules and employees will work hard to reach that level to gain respect. They will be inspired by the respect you deliver to them.

Now as you build your dream, many thoughts would creep in your mind as to how things could be better. You might be thinking how is it possible for anyone to have time to handle homework, workout, being a parent, household work, staff meetings and many other things? The truth is you can do it all if you have a proper definition of balance. You have to be smart about how you spend your day and find a quality time out for yourself and family.

Take a step ahead to be motivated and spread the same. Get ready to boost your team motivation and fix things.
