The Commission of Inquiry into allegations of State Capture is expected to hear the testimony of Tshiamo Sedumedi on behalf of MNS attorneys when proceedingS resume on Tuesday morning in Parktown, Johannesburg.
The law firm was commissioned to investigate Transnet’s tender to build 1064 diesel and electric locomotives, which was originated in 2012 and awarded to four companies.
Transnet allegedly lost R19 billion after costs of the tender was inflated from about R39 billion to R54 billion.
