Distracted Glasgow driver crashes into semi-truck

A Glasgow man reaches to pick up his cell phone while driving and causes a collision with a semi-truck.

Kentucky State Police said at 1:26 PM on Cub Run Highway near Cub Run Thursday, a pickup truck being driven by Larry Goodman crossed the center line, crashing into a tractor trailer being driven by Jeffery Burton.

Goodman said he dropped his cell phone and reached down to pick up the phone in a curve just before the collision.

Both drivers only suffered minor injuries. Police said both men were wearing their seat belts.
