After bashes in London and Doha, the Naked Heart Foundation traveled to Geneva for yet another brilliant benefit gala. Hosted by the non-profit’s founder, Natalia Vodianova, alongside Frederik Paulsen and Olga Litviniuk, the black-tie affair drew a noteworthy crowd: Rita Ora, DJ Cassidy, Elsa Hosk, Petra Nemcova, and others took in the Swiss scenery. Frosty Dom Pérignon cocktails and dinner by Michelin-star chefs, Philippe Chevrier and Domaine Châteauvieux, added to the ambiance at the historic Coppet Castle, where the event was hosted.

Entertainment came in the form of eight-year-old piano prodigy Elisey Mysin and the world-famous Menuhin Academy Orchestra. Ora also wowed the crowd with a performance, followed by a rousing set by DJ Cassidy. A live and silent auction added to the excitement, offering über-luxe experiences including a meet-and-greet with the legend that is Elton John.

The purpose of the evening was to raise as many funds as possible for neighborhood playgrounds and to provide support services to families of children with special needs; consider the night a success then—more than $1 million was raised. Of the event, Vodianova said it best: “A strong, supportive, and inclusive family life is essential for child development and providing the fertile ground in which a child can flourish, and it’s especially important for those with mental, physical, or sensory disabilities. I’m delighted that the gala tonight raised much-needed funds for this crucial work, also bringing awareness of special needs and the importance of professional support for these children.” A beautiful night with beautiful people for a beautiful cause.
