The model was walking the red carpet at the “BlacKKKlansman” premiere when her dress blew open, revealing her nude-colored underwear.
Nemcova appeared to laugh it off as she tried to keep herself covered.
Petra broke down her gorgeous look on Instagram, explaining it was part of the #GreenCarpetChallenge.
The white silk gown by designer Andrés Acosta is made of organic thread and embellished with lead-free buttons.
She paired the dress with custom Giuseppe Zanotti shoes made from repurposed prototypes and a Tyler Ellis clutch made from mulberry silk satin.
