RINGGOLD — Alan Dale "Worm" Blevins, 54, of died Sunday, Oct. 14, in Saint Joseph, Mo., while driving a truck. Funeral services are Thursday at 2 p.m. CT at Corner Stone Funeral Chapel with Bro. Luke McKay officiating. Burial will follow in Mountain Home Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and 10 a.m. until service time on Thursday.  Survivors include mother, Rita Jane Nolen Blevins; brother, Keith Painter (Lori); sisters, Ginger Green (Scott), Penny Forster (Morris); nieces and nephews, Amber Vaughn, Carolanne Painter, Brandon Painter, Cody Blevins, Jeremy Green, Harley Forster and April Forster.
