NFL Playoff Schedule 2014: Time, TV Schedule, Odds, History and more for Conference Championships

Four teams, two games, one goal: Conference Championship Sunday is here. We have all the nuts and bolts for today's games.

Kyle Terada-USA TODAY Sports

It's Conference Championship weekend, the culmination of year's worth of work for two teams, and a stepping stone to the Super Bowl for two others. Three of the teams in the Conference Championships today have multiple Super Bowl wins and appearances.

The Denver Broncos have won the Super Bowl twice, but they managed to get to the big game a slightly ridiculous six times. The San Francisco 49ers did that a little better, though: five wins in six appearances. The New England Patriots won the Super Bowl three times in a whopping seven tries.

The Seattle Seahawks, though? They only managed one appearance and no wins. And yet, they may have the best team to take the field today. Ah, NFL, how I love your parity.
