After a four-year album drought, it appears Adele may be releasing new material later this year.

The upcoming album, speculated to be titled "25," in her tradition of naming her records according to the age at which she released them, will reportedly be released November 20 this year and boasts a who's-who list of collaborators, includingPharrell Williams, Max Martin, Ryan Tedder, Diane Warren, and Damon Albarn. Danger Mouse and Canadian singer-scribe Tobias Jesso Jr. have also reportedly contributed to the project.

Speculations over the impending album release ran high in May last year, when Adele teased an album called "25" which, at that time, was said to have been slated for a release later that year.

"But her label, XL Recordings, subsequently ruled out that timeline," Billboard reported.

Despite the leaks, little is known about the record, although considering certain hints, it appears it will yet be another hitmaker for the singer.

"I haven't heard [the record], but everyone I know who've worked on it is just like,'Dude... that record!' Apparently it's really good!" gushed Ed Sheeran in July this year.

However, Blur frontman Damon Albarn, who is said to have done 5 tracks for the album, recently opined that Adele's third studio effort is not anything out of the ordinary.

"I heard the work she did with my friend Brian, aka Danger Mouse. It's very middle of the road," he was quoted by The Guardian as saying.

Could this be down to the fact that he's not sure whether Adele will use any of the material he made for her?

"Will she use any of he stuff? I don't think so. Let's wait and see," he said. "The thing is, she's very insecure. And she doesn't need to be, she's still so young."

It appears the singer's insecurity came into play during a collaboration with Sia, who divulged that she had recorded a track that was co-written by the British artist.

"I thought this one was such a smash, but Adele just wasn't feeling it," she was quoted by MailOnline as saying in explaining that the song was later rejected.

Adele's last album, "21," was a huge hit, selling 30 million worldwide and earning her six Grammy awards. She later took time to have a family with longtime love Simon Konecki. In 2012, she gave birth to a son named Angelo, now 2 years old.
