Starting 2020, members can look forward to new wellness programs to improve on your fitness. In February, take this opportunity to do some body movement incorporating with breathing exercise before going through the singing bowls meditation to relax and calm your mind after the fitness workout.
Improve your wellness with your fellow members!
Singing Bowls Meditation with Stephanie Luo
Start with a 45-min session of body movements to improve on your flexibility and strength, and then incorporating breathing techniques to push yourself further into these exercises.
Next, Stephanie will guide you through a meditation to focus on your breathing and body.While playing the Singing Bowls, she will guide you to set your intention for the session. By intention, it can be as simple as "to relax" or "to be open". For the rest, all you need to do is to allow the vibration to work its way through your body. At the end of the session, your body, mind and spirit will be relaxed, awakened and energized.
