DENVER – Colorado businessman Robert Blaha has qualified for the state GOP’s U.S. Senate primary.
Secretary of State Wayne Williams’ office made it official on Thursday.
Blaha had challenged a finding last week that his campaign failed to deliver enough voter signatures to qualify.
The outspoken businessman is the fourth candidate to make the June 18 primary. The winner challenges Democratic Sen. Michael Bennet in November.
Williams’ office is still determining whether Aurora businessman Ryan Frazier collected enough petition signatures to qualify.
Blaha is running against former state Rep. Jon Keyser, Fort Collins businessman Jack Graham and El Paso County Commissioner Daryl Glenn.
Bennet is unopposed in his party.
