Police are investigating at least seven vehicle break-ins Monday evening at the Mt. Juliet youth baseball and softball park on Lebanon Road, just east of Mt. Juliet Road.

Victims reported the break-ins to police after noticing vehicle windows being smashed to gain entry.

Purses, wallets, bags, and briefcases were among items stolen, police said. Police believe the suspect or suspects were looking into vehicles for something of value that was visible.
