We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant for a Renowned IT Company in Port Elizabeth.
Minimum Requirements:
Must have at least 3 years experience as a Personal Assistant to a Director or Branch Manager.
Would suit a well groomed and well spoken female.
Exposure / Experience with properties / Rentals are highly advantageous.
Strong client Liaison and organisational skills.
Secretarial / Administrative qualification is advantageous.
Matric qualification is essential.
Own vehicle and valid driver’s license is essential.
Must be highly computer literate.
Duties:
Handling all office administration for the Company.
Administrating Owner’s personal business portfolio.
Managing of business contracts and other legal documents.
Organizing of business road shows and client meetings.
Handling the administration of the directors’ properties and rentals.
Administrating licenses and books of company vehicles.
Salary R10 000 – R12 500 tctc per month
