One of downtown Dallas’ most iconic buildings has attracted an international law firm as its newest tenant.

Alston & Bird is relocating from Harwood No. 4 at 2828 Harwood St. to Chase Tower at 2200 Ross Ave. in the Arts District. The law firm will occupy 36,081 square feet across a portion of the tower’s 22nd floor and its entire 23rd floor.

“We have a strong base of national and regional clients that will benefit from the continued expansion of our Dallas office,” Darren Hauck, partner-in-charge of Alston’s Dallas office, said in a statement. “We look forward to experiencing that growth in Chase Tower and the vibrant Dallas Arts District.”

Stream Realty Partners’ JJ Leonard, Matt Wieser, and Jackie Smith represented Chase Tower landlord, Fortis Property Group. CBRE’s Phil Puckett and Michelle Donaldson represented Alston & Bird.
