Looking for a house that provides the ultimate Instagram backdrop? Well, a stylish Hollywood home that has been the site of numerous celebrity photo shoots just hit the market for $5.95 million. Both Gwyneth Paltrow and Alicia Silverstone have used the space to shoot the pictures for their cookbooks, Reese Witherspoon posed at the home for her lifestyle brand Draper James, and Megan Fox’s cover shoot for Elle China took place at the dwelling.

Brands including Apple, Beats, Google, Crate & Barrel, Anthropologie, West Elm, and Warby Parker have even used the space for commercials. In fact, the property generates more than $70,000 annually from being used for photo shoots.

So, why is it such a hot spot? The owner and designer of the home is photographer Amy Neunsinger (she recently photographed Rebecca de Ravenel’s chic, island-inspired Los Angeles home for AD). She has created a space that allows natural, picture-perfect light to enter the home no matter what position the sun is in. The kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, bedroom, and outdoor space are all stunning locales to snap pictures all day long.

Beyond being permanently photo-shoot-ready, the home is beautifully functional as well. There are five bedrooms and five bathrooms spread out over almost 5,000 square feet of industrial-chic living space. Design elements include painted brick, poured concrete, vintage fixtures, and a time-honored patina. Of course, there are plenty of glass walls and windows through which the natural light can flow. There’s also a dedicated office space.

The large home has plenty of space in which to work and live.

A long, gated driveway provides parking for 12 cars, and there’s also a one-bedroom, one-bathroom guesthouse with a kitchen located on the property. As an added bonus, the grounds are larger than reflected on public records, and are surrounded by what the listing calls “magical organic gardens complete with David Austen English rose bushes.”
