Gov. Kim Reynolds announced appointments to Iowa’s boards and commissions this week.

Teri Vos with Vermeer in Pella was re-appointed to the STEM Advisory Council. She continues to serve in the role alongside Central College President Mark Putnam who serves on the executive committee of that board. Vos has actively served on the Iowa Governor’s STEM Advisory Council since 2015, and was critical in establishing the high school registered apprenticeship playoff, launched at the Career Academy of Pella this summer.

Megan Ellsworth of Reasnor was also appointed to the Prison Industries Advisory Board. Both are not subject to senate confirmation.
