Ken Gruno, 27, has been missing since early Saturday morning.

OTISVILLE, MI -- Ken Gruno's friend's and family along with law enforcement are working hard to find the man, who hasn't been seen since early Saturday morning.

Gruno, 27, has been missing since around 1 a.m. Saturday. He was last seen with friends at the the Otisville Hotel Bar.

Friends with him say he had been drinking, but it isn't like him to disappear and be out of contact this long.

He is described as 5 feet, 11 inches tall and around 175 pounds. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a gray flannel shirt with a vest with a colorful bowtie and slip-on work boots

His friend Jeffrey Palmatier said search parties have been canvassing the area.

"We're all just looking around the area as best as we can," said Palmatier, who was one of the last people to see him.

Gruno reportedly is a U.S. Air Force veteran and a current Wayne State University student.

Authorities are asking people in the Otisville area to check their sheds, trailers and other out-buildings where Gruno may have sought shelter.

People with information are asked to notify police. Michigan State Police are investigating.
