NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A pedestrian has died after being struck by a vehicle Wednesday night on N. Military Highway across from Military Circle Mall.
Norfolk police say crash happened around 10:30 p.m. in the 800 block of N. Military Highway near the Motel 6 across from the mall, and that an adult male was found dead at the scene.
Earlier this this year, police said 39-year-old Jonathan Justice was trying to cross N. Military Highway when he was hit and killed by a Dodge Caravan that was traveling northbound.
In October, police said a 44-year-old man was hit on Military Highway. He was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. The driver stayed on scene and was not injured.
