ANTI- records, the indie label that is home to such artists as Tom Waits, Nick Cave, Jolie Holland, and Mavis Staples, has a blog. Maybe that’s not so surprising. The blog is a year old. Maybe that’s not surprising either. But today, to celebrate the first anniversary of the blog, the label is giving away the title song to Neko Case’s new album “Middle Cyclone,” along with the chance to win a signed copy of the record. The song is a love song, or maybe a busted-love song (Case laments that someone makes a fool of her before she could “show ‘em how it’s done”), that contains many nice lyrics, including this one:
