YouGov Data Leader Sevak Joins CNN

Former YouGov Global Director of Data Applications Tini Sevak has joined broadcaster CNN to lead its international data strategy, create new BI solutions and help commercial partners optimise their use of campaign insight.

Tini SevakSevak will serve as Vice President, Audiences and Data, at CNN International Commercial (CNNIC), the division of Turner International responsible for the business operations of CNN's properties outside the United States. The Audiences & Data Group mixes audience insights, digital analytics and commercial data techniques to drive both client campaigns and the commercial strategy of CNN International itself.

Sevak spent ten years at Mindshare, latterly in the role of Business Director , Business Planning, Data, Reporting & Visualisation; followed by three years at Starcom MediaVest Group as VP, Director of Global Business Integration. She then joined YouGov in January 2017 as Global Director of Data Applications.

In her new position she is part of CNNIC's Senior Management Team and reports directly to CNNIC President Rani Raad, who comments: 'A key part of transforming our business has been to ensure that data is at the heart of everything that we do.
