Outlook – Seaman placed third in the city and Centennial League last season and was 10th in the 5A-1A state meet while setting five school records. Moylan was a second-team All-City pick last season while Noble swam on three relay teams that set school records. “We have some quality seniors and juniors leading our 15 sophomores and freshmen,’’ Garman said. “(We’re) looking forward to steady growth and improvement throughout the season as we target peak performances at city, league and state.’’

Outlook – Stessman and Stanley were All-City last season and Stessman was a multi-event state medalist. Shawnee Heights opened its season with a second-place team finish in the nine-team Topeka West meet. Stessman won the 50 free and the 100 free while Landry won the 500 free. “Our girls are determined and focused,’’ Wagers said. “Together they are strong and will achieve amazing feats.’’
