RHONJ's Jacqueline Laurita and husband Chris 'could face trial over claims they misused $8m in funds'
A month ago, Teresa and Joe Giudice were handed down hefty prison sentences for fraud.
And it seems there is even more legal trouble for the cast of Real Housewives of New Jersey.
According to a Tuesday report by Radar Online, Jacqueline and Chris Laurita could be headed to court over claims they had siphoned off millions of funds from their former clothing company.

Tumultuous times: According to Radar Online, Jacqueline and Chris Laurita could be headed to court over claims they misused millions of funds from their former clothing company, as the pair were pictured together at the New York Stock Exchange in April
The reality show couple have been accused of misusing around $8 million from their company, Signature Apparel, in order to support their opulent way of life despite already knowing it was failing.
The gossip website obtained documents showing that Jacqueline and Chris did reach a settlement to end the dispute. But trustees are now asking for an extension to determine how funds from the agreement will be distributed.
This began when the television personalities filed for bankruptcy protection in 2009, they were then charged with knowingly defrauding their creditors and were ultimately hit with a $7.8 million lawsuit by the trustees of the case.
The return: Jacqueline, pictured at Us Weekly's 2014 Most Stylish New Yorkers in September, was cut from the Real Housewives Of New Jersey by Bravo last year only to return for part of the sixth season after ratings dropped dramatically
According to the documents obtained by Radar Online, the trustee who is overseeing the case: 'seeks a further extension of his time…in order to better understand what the potential distribution ‘pot’ will be before expending more estate resources in determining claims.'
Jacqueline was cut loose from the Real Housewives Of New Jersey by Bravo last year.
But it did not take long for her to make her return after viewership dropped dramatically since she left the show.
During the recent season finale of the sixth season of the programme, Jacqueline was one of the stars that dealt with the sentencing of castmates Teresa and Joe Giudice.
Legal issues: Jacqueline and Chris Laurita's bad news comes just weeks after castmates Teresa and Joe Giudice were given prison sentences for fraud, as they were photoed at the season six premiere in July
She along co-stars Kathy Wakile and Rosie Pierri gathered at the Wakile residence for word of the prison terms.
Tears and disbelief quickly followed when the Housewives and their husbands learned that Joe will be serving 41 months in a federal prison, while Teresa has to face 15 months in jail on shared charges.
Jacqueline, though unsure of how to face Teresa, sent her friend a supportive text: ‘I struggled with whether or not I should reach out to you. I decided to listen to my heart to tell you that I feel for what you and your family are going through.’
Too much: On the recently aired season finale of RHONJ, Jacqueline couldn't face the truth about Teresa's fate when she heard the sentencing news
Finding comfort: Jacqueline and co-star Kathy Wakile cried and held one another after hearing about the Giudices' sentencing
