Minneapolis Home Renovated By Nicole Curtis Will Hit Open Market

The HGTV star is hosting an open house this weekend to celebrate the home's completion.

MINNEAPOLIS — The north Minneapolis home that's undergone renovations from HGTV star Nicole Curtis is expected to hit the open market soon.

Curtis, the host of "Rehab Addict," purchased the Victorian home on the 1500 block of Hillside Avenue North in 2013 for just $2, according to KMSP.

With the renovations complete, Curtis plans to host a party this weekend to celebrate.

The TV star announced over Instagram that on Sunday, Dec. 9, there will be an open house at the property (1522 Hillside) from 1 to 3 p.m.

"This will be the only time to see it finished — it will not be on the show," Curtis told the Star Tribune.
