This week's Poughkeepsie Journal Honor Roll is highlighted by soccer players scoring goals in bunches, explosive performances on the gridiron, plus teams and players capturing league titles.

Julia Gerringer, Kendall Feighan Arlington girls soccer — Gerringer scored the deciding goal in the Admirals’ 2-1 win over John Jay-East Fishkill on Monday, while Feighan also scored.

Hannah Lounsbury, Webutuck girls soccer — She had a hat trick in the Warriors’ 7-0 shutout of Pine Plains on Monday.

Brooke Harris, Nicole Iopoce, Isabelle Valentino, Highland girls soccer — The trio of Huskies each scored in Highland’s 3-1 win over Millbrook on Monday.

Caroline Voorhis, Rhinebeck girls soccer — She had two goals in the Hawks’ 3-2 win over Onteora last Friday.

Katelyn Roza, Beacon girls soccer — She scored two goals in the Bulldogs' 5-0 shutout of Peekskill on Tuesday.

Peyten-Michele Duncan, Franklin D. Roosevelt girls soccer — Duncan scored the only goal in the Presidents’ 1-0 shutout of Rhinebeck last Thursday.

Alex Segarra, Nikolas Valkenaere, Chris O'Brien, Arlington boys soccer — All three Admirals had a goal in their 3-1 win over Carmel last Saturday.

Gabe Galayda, Dover boys soccer — He scored the lone goal, as the Dragons defeated Millbrook 1-0 last Friday to clinch a league title.

Reed Altman, Our Lady of Lourdes boys soccer — He scored the go-ahead goal in the Warriors’ 4-2 win over Peekskill last Saturday.

Kevin Jessup, Alex Williams, Arlington ‘B’ boys soccer — Both Admirals scored a goal in the 2-0 win over Millbrook on Monday.

Alec Drukenmiller, Beacon boys soccer — He scored the lone goal in the Bulldog's 1-0 win over Peekskill on Monday. The victory clinched the Section 1 Class A Conference II League E title for Beacon.

Ryan Drake, Daniel Balutowski, Joey Richards, New Paltz boys soccer — Each scored a goal in the Huguenots’ 3-2 win over Wallkill last Saturday.

Olivia Bell, Highland volleyball — Bell had five aces, five kills and five assists in the Huskies’ 25-15, 25-13, 25-19 sweep of Pine Plains on Monday.

Liz Miller, Roosevelt volleyball — Miller led the Presidents with five aces, 11 service points, nine kills and 18 digs in their 25-16, 25-12, 25-10 sweep of Dover Monday.

Krysti McDonald, John Jay volleyball — She had 20 kills, seven digs and two blocks, though the Patriots lost in four sets to Hendrick Hudson 21-25, 25-23, 19-25, 17-25 on Monday.

Erin Freck, Arlington volleyball — She had four aces, two blocks, six kills and four digs in the Admirals’ 25-19, 25-16, 25-23 sweep of Roy C. Ketcham last Friday.

Maddie Boucher, Red Hook volleyball — She had two aces, 10 kills and three blocks in the Raiders’ 25-23, 20-25, 25-22, 26-24 win over New Paltz last Friday.

Cecilia Dignan, Millbrook volleyball — Dignan made 14 assists, recorded 2 digs and had a block in the Blazers' 25-7, 25-13, 25-6 sweep of Ellenville on Tuesday.

Danielle Walsh, Red Hook field hockey — Walsh scored twice in the Raiders’ 5-0 win over Pine Plains last Saturday.

Olivia and Isabella Vincinguerra, John Jay field hockey — The sisters helped lead the Patriots to a 5-0 win over Mahopac last Saturday. Olivia scored a goal while Isabella made two assists.

Sammy Jaros, Ava Del Salto, New Paltz girls tennis — The duo won the Mid-Hudson Athletic League doubles title with a 6-7, 6-1, 6-2 victory in the championship round over Spackenkill’s Emily Ma and Rachel Li.

Paul Sandford, Roosevelt cross country — He placed first in a multi-team meet last Wednesday hosted by the Presidents in 16:27.

Sarah Trainor, Roosevelt cross country — Trainor finished the multi-team meet in 19:11 to place first.

Luke Mahon, John Jay football — Mahon scored three touchdowns in the Patriots’ 45-0 romp of Ketcham last Friday.

Max Kras, Lourdes football — Kras passed for 171 yards and three touchdowns, as the Warriors defeated Brewster 41-12 in a Section 1 Class A qualifying-round game.

Nasir Milligan, Spackenkill football — He scored three rushing touchdowns on 248 yards, as the Spartans defeated Valhalla last Saturday, 32-8.

Quinn Clowry, Pawling football — Clowry exploded for three passing touchdowns and three rushing scores, leading the Tigers to a 48-6 win over Roscoe last Saturday.

Christian Diorio, Marlboro football — The quarterback completed three passes for 110 yards and a touchdown in the Iron Dukes' 60-0 shutout of Highland last Friday. On defense, he had an interception.

Clare Bosse, Lourdes girls swimming — She won the 200-yard individual medley in 2:12.59 against Eastchester Tuesday and qualified for the state championships in the event.

Annie Vallavattam, Ketcham girls swimming — Vallavattam won the 100 freestyle (1:00.74) and the 50 freestyle (26.78) in the Indians' 83-83 tie with Putnam Valley/Mahopac on Tuesday.
