The Frozen phenomenon is showing no signs of slowing down. Following on from the box office smash, the chart domination, the upcoming Broadway adaptation and all 5 million YouTube mash-ups, spoofs and tributes, come three very special Frozen shows at the Royal Albert Hall.

The interactive sing-along performances are being held at the historic London venue in November, and children under four will be able to get in for free.

Frozen review: Heartfelt fairytale musical is a new Disney classic

Jasper Hope, chief operating officer at the Royal Albert Hall, said: "Frozen has captured the public imagination like few family films of recent decades and we are delighted to be presenting it at the Hall as a sing-along show.

"We know better than anyone that there's nothing quite like 5,000 voices singing live to raise the roof - the Royal Albert Hall is the perfect venue for this unique event."

Similar shows being planned at the Royal Albert Hall include film-with-live-orchestra screenings of Titanic and a special tribute concert for the film composer Danny Elfman, which premiered in 2013.

Frozen, which featured Kristen Bell, Idina Menzel, Josh Gad and Jonathan Groff in its voice cast, is Disney's highest-grossing film of all time and it bagged two Academy Awards for Best Animation and Best Original Song ('Let It Go').

The shows will take place on November 17 at 2pm, 5.15pm and 8.45pm. Tickets cost between £15 and £28 and are available from www.royalalberthall.com.
