Happy Valley is going tropical.
The Happy Valley Cruise is a Nittany Lion-themed vacation to the Bahamas complete with chances to meet and mingle with former players and coaches, as well as fellow fans.
And Sue Paterno is the captain.
From March 4 through 8 in 2019, Penn State fans will be able to sail through the Bahamas on the Royal Caribbean's Enchantment of the Seas ship, with live bands, dance classes, scuba lessons, video game arcades and lots of restaurants.
The four-day cruise stops at Port Canaveral, Nassau and CoCoCay (dubbed "Paternoville" for the occasion). The cruise will, in part, benefit Special Olympics Pa.
Cabins range from $695 to $9,695 and include meals and beverages (but not alcohol). All cabin bookings enter guests into a chance to win opportunities for private autograph sessions, breakfast with Sue and Jay Paterno and team memorabilia.
Former Nittany Lions Jeff Hartings, Franco Harris, Michael Robinson, Marco Rivera, Blair Thomas, Ki-Jana Carter and Brandon Short will be among the stars on the cruise. Volleyball coach Russ Rose will also be onboard.
The Happy Valley Cruise isn't the only college sports cruise game in town -- the Ohio Buckeyes are having a cruise of their own.
