A precautionary boil-water notice that had been issued for residential and commercial water customers in a portion of Dania Beach has been lifted, officials said Thursday.
Bacteriological tests have confirmed that the water is safe to drink, said Philip W. Skidmore, treatment manger for Dania Beach.
The advisory for water customers east of Anglers Avenue was issued Wednesday after a temporary power outage at the city’s water plant.
