I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction in the Calendar Control Part (CCP) Courtroom of the Supreme Court, 100 Supreme Court Drive, Mineola, N.Y. on the 18th day of December, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. premises described as follows: All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of North Hempstead, County of Nassau and State of New York known and by Lot 41 and southerly by Lot 40, in Block 16 as shown on a certain map entitled, Map of East Floral Park, situate in the Town of North Hempstead, Nassau County, NY, owned by East Floral Corp., 26 Court Street, Brooklyn NY, prepared by G.H. Fairfield, C.E. Mineola, June 1924,”and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Nassau on June 18, 1924, under the file number 545 and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the westerly side of North 5th Street (E. Fifth Street) distant 240 feet northerly from the corner forming an intersection on the westerly side of No. 5th Street with the northerly side of Bryant Avenue; Running thence westerly and at right angles to North 5th Street 88.44 feet; Thence northerly on a line forming and interior angle 95 degrees, 52 minutes with the preceding course a distance of 30.15; Thence easterly again on a line forming an interior angle of 85 degrees, 00 minutes, seconds 91.25 feet to the westerly side of North 5th Street; Thence southerly along the westerly side of North 5th Street 30 feet to a point or place of beginning.

 Said premises known as 915 N 5th Street, New Hyde Park, N.Y. 11040.

Approximate amount of lien $ 562,306.05 plus interest and costs.

Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed judgment and terms of sale.
