Ray Romano’s most recent real estate purchase is a modest, albeit home-y, renovated Venice property dubbed by marketing materials as a “modern farmhouse.” The three-bed, two-and-a-half bath property is an understated 1,900 square feet and sold for $2.1 million according to Trulia. Its layout is welcoming and includes a living-dining room combination that opens up immediately from the front door and includes wide-plank wood floors with somewhat nautical-themed accents. The kitchen itself further adds to the effect, with navy-blue and white cabinetry and a large center island with an integrated snack bar. The bathrooms similarly have a very farmhouse feel, with bright white tile and carefully curated silver fixtures.

Other features include a wooden deck accessible through a pair of grand French doors in the master bedroom, as well as a laundry room off the kitchen and a grassy yard perfect for family gatherings and barbecues. Romano sold a similarly modest single-story home last June for $1.025 million.
