Mariah Carey Sings 'There's Got To Be a Way' While Demanding Justice for George Floyd

Mariah Carey is singing one of her first songs in a new video while demanding justice for George Floyd.

The Grammy-winning singer performed a snippet of “There’s Got to Be a Way” from her home while honoring the life of Floyd and hoping to make a change. The song was featured on Mariah‘s first album, which came out nearly 30 years ago.

“I wrote this song for my first album. Still looking for answers today. We have to make a change. We can’t be silent. #BlackLivesMatter Text ‘FLOYD’ to 55156 to demand #JusticeForFloyd,” Mariah captioned the video.

In the song, she sings, “I don’t understand how there can be regulated bigotry. There’s got to be a way to connect this world today.”
