GOSHEN, Ind. (AP – April 12, 2015) — Police in northern Indiana say a 7-year-old boy died in an early morning fire in a recreational vehicle in Goshen, a 10-year-old boy was brought by helicopter to a hospital and five others were taken to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries and smoke inhalation.

The Goshen News reports that when Goshen firefighters arrived at the scene about 6:50 a.m. Sunday the pull-behind type recreational vehicle a family was using as a home was engulfed in a fire. Injured in the fire were two adults and three other children ages 13, 8 and an infant. The names of the victims were being withheld until family members can be notified.

Authorities are investigating the cause of the fire. Police say foul play is not suspected.
