This story has been updated to remove the attorney’s name because the case was dismissed by the prosecutor.
Charges against a Denver attorney who was accused of falsifying a document on his Airbnb application were dismissed Thursday, Denver District Attorney spokeswoman Carolyn Tyler said.
He had been charged in July with felony attempting to influence a public servant.
“As the investigation continued, we no longer believed that we could prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt,” Tyler said in an email.
