Man Caught Driving Drunk On Sunrise Highway: Police
He was stopped just after 3 a.m., police say.
EAST QUOGUE, NY — A Baltimore, MD man was arrested after he was caught driving drunk on Sunrise Highway, police said.
According to New York State Police, Mario E. Illesescas-Lata, 40, was arrested on Dec. 2 at 3:03 a.m.; he driving east on Sunrise Highway near exit 64 in East Quogue and was stopped for a traffic violation.
Upon further investigation, Illesescas-Lata was found to be intoxicated with a BAC of .12%; he was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and is due back at Southampton Justice Court on Dec. 17, police said.
