Riverbed Technology Inc. (RVBD) announced Monday morning that it agreed to be acquired by Thoma Bravo LLC and Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan for about $3.6 billion.
Riverbed Technology gapped open sharply higher this morning, but has been moving in a narrow range since the open. The stock is now up 1.75 at $20.49 on the highest volume in 11 months. Riverbed Technology has jumped to nearly a 2-week high.
