Vicki Gunvalson settles Vicki’s Vodka lawsuit

Vicki Gunvalson is almost done with Vicki’s Vodka for good.

The “Real Housewives of Orange County” star agreed to settle the lawsuit against her over Vicki’s Vodka in March 2018, according to court documents obtained by Page Six on Wednesday. Once the settlement is approved by the bankruptcy court on behalf of the man suing her, the case will be dismissed.

The case hasn’t been closed yet, as the lawyer for the man suing them was unable to appear in court or appear by phone due to a family law jury trial for another client of his, court documents stated.

Gunvalson and ex-boyfriend Brooks Ayers were sued in 2013 for breach of contract after Vicki’s Vodka failed, and the man suing the former couple later filed for bankruptcy.

Meanwhile, Page Six reported that Ayers, 49, tied the knot with Christy Groves Lindeman, 41, in March. He told us at the time that they were enjoying a “drama free” lifestyle together.

“I haven’t spoken to [Vicki],” he told us. “I’m in a good place. I haven’t spoken to Vicki in over a year. Last time I saw her we were in Vegas for business for Vicki’s Vodka and we were in separate mediation rooms.”

Gunvalson didn’t immediately get back to us. Ayers didn’t return our request for comment.
