“Proud” is the latest offering from (Sandy) Alex G’s forthcoming Rocket album, which is out May 19. Earlier this month, he shared the first two tracks from the LP: “Bobby” and “Witch.” Last year, (Sandy) Alex had credits on both of Frank albums, Blonde and Endless. He played guitar on multiple tracks, including “Rushes,” “Self Control,” and “White Ferrari.” Alex opened up later about his contributions to Frank Ocean’s projects, admitting that he still didn't know “why it happened.”
