DeuxMoi is the celebrity gossip Instagram page known for 'spilling the tea' on all things pop culture.

The Instagram account, which rose to fame at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, is known for sharing details on everything from A-list style and red carpet drama to celebrity sightings and burgeoning romantic relationships.

Now, the page known for posting about speculation, rumours and then some (think of it as Gossip Girl of the modern age - is the inspiration behind HBO Max's next drama.

According to E! News, the upcoming debut novel from the creators of DeuxMoi has acquired a script-to-series order at the network, which means if HBO Max likes the script, it will skip the usual pilot process.

Titled Anon Pls and written by DeuxMoi, in collaboration with New York Times bestselling author Jessica Goodman, the book itself will be published on November 8 by William Morrow, a division of HarperCollins.

The publisher's description reads: 'Cricket Lopez, assistant to one of the most notorious celebrity stylists, revamps her old style Instagram account and turns it into a celebrity gossip blog on a drunken whim. She never thinks it will become anything.

'But when the account grows overnight and, even wilder, when she starts getting gossip from fans—juicy gossip—she has to face facts: her Instagram is now famous. She is now famous.'

This storyline, of course, is one DeuxMoi can relate to.

Clarifying that it admits to posting unconfirmed gossip, the page's Instagram bio reads: 'Statements made on this account have not been independently confirmed. this account does not claim any information published is based in fact.'

When linking the Coronavirus pandemic to the public's desire for gossip in an interview with Paper Magazine, DeuxMoi explained: 'I definitely feel like people's willingness to spill is timely. I don't think people would be so willing to share their experiences if not for what's going on in the world right now. So, I think a lot of factors go into that.'

Greg Berlanti and Sarah Schechter, whose work includes Riverdale, You and The Flight Attendant, will be executive producers behind the drama.

Stay tuned - this is destined to be a juicy watch.
