It's the final leg of London 2012, but there's still a ton of events to be won or lost (but hopefully not lost) by Team GB today. To make sure you don't miss out on the best action from Day 14 of the Games, here is our must-see guide for today's events.

It was a rocky start to the London 2012 Games for 18-year-old Daley, the golden boy of Team GB. One botched dive in the Synchronised event with partner Pete Waterfield saw them land out of the medals after leading the pack, which of course led to a nationwide outrage when a 17-year-old Twitter user made reference to the star's late father in a tirade about their performance.

Despite his years, Daley seems to have risen above the furore and it's clear from his lack of comment that all he's preoccupied with is pulling out a win in the individual event. His and Waterfield's campaigns for solo glory begin today in the Men's 10m platform preliminary round at 6.55pm on BBC Olympics 3.

Anthony Ogogo - From the Big Brother house to the Olympic podium?

As diehard Big Brother fans, it's probably fair to say that we here at Digital Spy have been keeping watch on Anthony Ogogo more than others. But while the 23-year-old started off London 2012 in our eyes as that bloke from Celebrity Hijack, to use that qualifier now is to do him a disservice. Ogogo has shown stamina and determination in battling his way to this Middleweight semi-final against Esquiva Falcao Florentino of Brazil, which guarantees him at least a silver if he is victorious. Catch it at 3pm on BBC Three.

London 2012 has been quite an eye-opener in terms of a few overlooked Olympic events suddenly getting the nation talking. Following on from the surprisingly tense Beach Volleyball and the madness of Dressage, BMX is the latest minority sport to have caused a stir thanks to the sheer insanity of the stunts and the wince-worthy crashes. Shanaze Reade and Liam Phillips are the Team GB stars hoping to ride their way to a medal today - their semi-finals begin at 3pm and 3.08pm respectively on BBC One.

Best of the Rest

Luke Patience and Stuart Bithell are guaranteed silver, but are hoping to beat Australia's Mathew Belcher and Malcolm Page to the gold in today's medal race, rescheduled to 12pm on BBC Three after Thursday's cancellation.

Team GB have failed to grab a medal in the Men's 4 X 400m for the last three Olympics, but Nigel Levine, Jack Green, Martyn Rooney and Conrad Williams will be hoping to change that tonight. The race airs at 9.20pm on BBC One.

We may have missed out on the gold, but if Team GB can grab bronze in the Women's Hockey play-off against New Zealand it will still equal the best-ever performance of Barcelona 1992. See it at 3.30pm on BBC Olympics 5.
