Jennifer Aniston Allegedly Tried To Make Brad Pitt ‘Jealous’ At Oscars After-Party

Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt crossed paths at the Oscars after-party earlier this month. But the former couple’s conversation was reportedly very quick.

After exchanging hellos and congratulations, Aniston was photographed hanging out with Jon Hamm throughout the entire night. Relationship and celebrity dating expert Lara Asprey talked about Aniston and Hamm’s bonding at the Oscars after-party and suggested that the “Friends” star friendliness towards Hamm was to make Pitt jealous.

When Express asked Asprey if it’s possible Aniston was trying to make Pitt jealous at that time, the expert said that she would probably do the same.

“When your ex is Brad Pitt, it’s hard for him to get jealous because he’s Brad Pitt, but Jen is also beautiful and I think she probably was a little bit. She said hi to him and she was very gracious but she spent the whole night talking to Jon Hamm and they get on famously, they’ve known each other for years,” she said.

Asprey also said that she got the impression that Aniston was keen on making Pitt know that she was having a great time at the party. The expert used to see a cute guy when a woman is out with her friends and the tendency is to giggle to make the guy know that she’s having fun as an example. She said that this is probably what Aniston did at that time.

Aniston and Pitt have been making headlines throughout the past couple of weeks because of their reunion at the SAG awards. And their fans expected that they would reunite at the Oscars. However, Aniston and Pitt only bumped into each other at the after-party.

The former couple has stayed friends with the help of Aniston’s “Friends” co-star, Courteney Cox, who gave Pitt his ex-wife’s current number. Pitt also reached out to Aniston when her mom passed away a few years ago.

“Brad contacted Jen after her mom died, and she was touched that he knew what a difficult time it was," a source told Us Weekly.
