CINCINNATI – Summer is in full swing this weekend.

Enjoy food festivals, anniversary events, music and even a parade.

Cincinnati Pride Parade and Festival

Show your pride this Saturday during the 45th annual Cincinnati Pride Parade and Festival. The Pride Parade will kick off the daylong festivities at 11 a.m. The parade will begin at Seventh Street and Central Avenue and make its way down Vine Street before ending along the river at Sawyer Point. The fun will continue from noon until 9 p.m. at Sawyer Point and Yeatman’s Cove with food, drinks, music and family-friendly activities.

Vectren Dayton Air Show

This event involves a bit of a drive but won’t disappoint. The annual Vectren Dayton Air Show features jaw-dropping aerial displays, up-close views of airplanes and helicopter rides. The show takes place at the Dayton International Airport, which is about an hour drive from downtown Cincinnati.

Opening Weekend: Ansel Adams

Whether you recognize Ansel Adams' name or not, you’ve probably seen his work. Replications of Adams’ sweeping landscape photography grace many walls and laptop backgrounds. This weekend you can see the real images when the Taft Museum of Art opens its “Ansel Adams: A Photographer’s Evolution” exhibit. If you can’t make it to the museum this weekend, the exhibit will be there through Sept. 16.

Nitro Circus: Next Level Tour 

Get your motor running at the Nitro Circus on Saturday. The circus is a touring high-flying event with motorcyclists who jump ramps and show off other acrobatic tricks.

Panegyri Greek Festival

Take a trip to the Mediterranean this weekend by going to the annual Panegyri Greek Festival. The festival hosted by Holy Trinity-St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church features Greek food, music, drinks and fun activities for you and your family.

Rhinegeist Brewery's Fifth Anniversary Adventure

Time sure does fly. This Saturday, Rhinegeist Brewery will celebrate its fifth year of making beer in Over-the-Rhine. There will be specialty beer tappings, music, food and fun activities in Rhinegeist's taproom and on the rooftop deck. Cheers!

June Summer Music Festival

Fingers crossed that the rain holds off for this event that celebrates community with free music and fun. The June Summer Music Festival will be held at scenic Ault Park. Beyond the music, there will be vendors and other fun activities as well.

Steve Miller Band with Peter Frampton

Two classic rockers are guaranteed to put on a great show at Riverbend Music Center on Thursday evening. The Steve Miller Band, with special guest Peter Frampton, will play classic tunes and some new music, too.

'The Coronation of Poppea'

Let the Cincinnati Opera transport you to 1642 when it performs Claudio Monteverdi's Baroque masterpiece "The Coronation of Poppea." The opera tells a dramatic story of passion and intrigue set to beautiful music.

SpiritSong 2018

Take in some of the best Christian music in the country this weekend -- and ride some of the most fun roller coasters -- when SpiritSong descends upon Kings Island. This four-day annual music festival may be one of the best outdoor events this weekend. And make sure to get a blue ice cream if you go.

Outlaw Music Festival

This may be the most epic lineup of musical acts to grace Riverbend Music Center this summer. The Outlaw Music Festival will include performances by Willie Nelson & Family, Sturgill Simpson, The Head and the Heart, and Old Crow Medicine Show. Fans of country and Americana music will definitely not want to miss this concert.

Barenaked Ladies with Better Than Ezra and KT Tunstall

Transport yourself back to the early 2000s and late 1990s on Saturday when the Barenaked Ladies perform with Better Than Ezra and KT Tunstall at Riverbend. As a bonus, everyone who purchased tickets to the concert will be able to enjoy a pre-show craft beer tasting 90 minutes before the bands take the stage.

Northside Music Festival

Support the local music scene, and maybe discover a great new band, at the Northside Music Festival. This event is held each year at Northside Tavern, which is a neighborhood staple worth visiting anytime. Just a heads up, this is strictly a 21-and-up event.
