Hanford man arrested on suspicion of robbery

A Hanford man suspected of robbing a Visalia business in January was arrested Thursday, police said.

Officers responded just after 9:30 p.m. on Jan. 12, to the business on the 1300 block of South Mooney Boulevard.

Employees told officers that two masked men with guns assaulted employees before robbing them.

Detectives with Visalia’s Violent Crimes Unit took over the investigation. Police identified Anthony Segura of Hanford as one of the suspects.

Segura, 26, was arrested at his home on Thursday. He was booked into Tulare County Pretrial Facility on suspicion of armed robbery.

Segura’s bail was set at $600,000.
