A MAN from Haverfordwest has said thank you to Withybush Hospital’s support to his family by raising more than £300 for them.
Andrew Morrillo recently presented a cheque of £356 to the Child and Young People Physiotherapy Services at Withybush Hospital to say thank you for the support given to his five-year-old son Luca who has cerebral palsy.
Andrew and partner Janine raised money by walking the coastal path between Cardigan and Aberaeron as they wanted to give something back and say thank you for the support they have received since Luca’s diagnosis.
The support given goes beyond money and makes such a positive difference to Luca’s life.
Angharad Eynon, Physiotherapy Service Leader Children and Young People “We are extremely grateful to Luca’s family for their hard work fundraising for our department.
“This money will go towards enhancing the physio treatment room with child friendly murals to make their treatment sessions more enjoyable.”
