It’s safe to say that Tami Roman and DJ Duffey won’t be spending the remainder of the Portugal trip sipping cocktails and bonding. On Sunday’s Season 5, episode 14 of VH1’s “Basketball Wives: LA” Tami and Duffey started arguing which led to Tami trying to attack her co-star.

It took several people — Malaysia Pargo, Shaunie O’Neal, Jackie Christie, Brandi Maxiell and a few security guards — to keep Tami off of Duffey. To try and calm the situation down, producers had Duffey leave the premises.

As the episode was airing, both Tami and Duffey took to their Twitter accounts to talk about their scary altercation. According to Tami, she didn’t lie about what happened with Jazz and Duffey. To recap: Tami and Duffey had a falling out after Tami fired Duffey as the director of her daughter Jazz’s music video. Tami told the “Basketball Wives: LA” cast that Duffey said some disrespectful stuff to her daughter, but Duffey doesn’t think her comments to Jazz were that harsh.

“It baffles me that ALL of a sudden, mysteriously there is conflict – this is called making a moment for yourself,” Tami tweeted Sunday night. “I did NOT lie – things were said to my daughter, I repeated those things as they were said. Intent was mean & belittling & it bothered me.”

Tami also told fans that she tried to squash things with Duffey during the Season 5 reunion, but things didn’t go well.

Meanwhile, Duffey doesn’t seemed fazed by her fight with Tami and tweeted during the show that shortly after their altercation she had an impromptu photo shoot on the beach. “Is it crazy that I did a photo shoot on the beach after #bbwla unbothered,” she wrote. “When producers make you disappear, you go have a drink at the beach and slay.”

Tami made it clear from the beginning of the girls trip in Portugal that she wanted to stay away from Duffey because she didn’t want a fight to break out. “I really don’t like Duffey, she’s a big disappointment to me and I have the right to not want to be around her,” Tami said during her confessional.

Sunday’s episode of “Basketball Wives: LA” ended with Tami telling Malaysia and Shaunie that her beef with Duffey is far from over and the next time she sees the DJ it’s going to be a problem.
