She parted ways with her husband Flavio Briatore in 2018 following nine years of marriage.
But Elisabetta Gregoraci proved that the couple were still good friends as they holidayed together in Capri, Italy, on Monday with their son Falco Nathan Briatore, nine, and friends.
The Italian model, 39, slipped into a blue lace bikini top and white bottoms as she basked in the sizzling sun while on the luxury yacht.

With her dark locks cascading down her shoulders, Elisabetta accessorised her look with circular-framed sunglasses and and assortment of silver bracelets.
She later swept her tresses back and slipped into a lifejacket in order to glide across the blue sea on a jet ski.
Joining Elisabetta for the family getaway was former partner and F1 boss Flavio, 69, who appeared calm and relaxed in a black T-shirt and a pair of shorts.
Sheltering his eyes with a pair of swanky shades, the Italian businessman stayed in the shade as he watched his family enjoy the Italian air.

Elisabetta and Flavio married in star-studded ceremony in Rome in 2008, before welcoming their son Falco two years later.
In 2018, reports began to emerge that the couple were in the process of getting divorced after they were photographed at a law firm in Milan just before Christmas in 2017.
According to the divorce papers seen by Italian weekly magazine Oggi, Elisabetta would remain in the couple's Monaco home and also be paid 'abundant' maintenance.
Neither party has commented on the divorce.

Flavio, who was born in Verzuolo near Cuneo, Italy, rose to fame as the managing director and principal of Renault's Formula One team.
However in 2008 he was sacked from his F1 position and given a lifetime ban from events with FIA following his involvement in the 2008 Singapore Grand Prix 'crashgate' saga.
Allegations stated that Flavio was involved in ordering driver Nelson Piquet Jr to deliberately crash during the race in order to give team-mate Fernando Alonso an advantage.
However in 2013, the FIA decided to lift Flavio's liftetime ban lifted and released a statement which read: 'After discussions between their lawyers and those of the FIA, Mr Flavio Briatore and Mr Pat Symonds have each made a settlement offer to the FIA President with a view to putting an immediate end to the legal proceedings.
'Each of them recognising his share of responsibility for the deliberate crash involving the driver Nelson Piquet Junior at the 2008 Grand Prix of Singapore, as 'Team Principal' of Renault F1 where Mr Flavio Briatore is concerned, they have expressed their regrets and presented their apologies to the FIA.'
The statement concluded: 'The FIA President has considered that it is in the best interests of the FIA not to allow the perpetuation of these legal disputes, which have received a great deal of media coverage and which, regardless of the outcome, are very prejudicial to the image of the FIA and of motor sport, and thus to accept this settlement solution, thereby putting an end to this affair.'
The businessman was previously in a relationship with model Heidi Klum however the pair split when Flavio was seen kissing another woman.
The pair share 15-year-old daughter Helene 'Leni' Samuel.
