Xiaomi Mi AI Translator with real-time translation between 34 languages launched

Xiaomi recently launched its latest fitness tracker Mi Band 4 in China. Along with this, the company also launched the Mi AI Translator under its Mi Ecosystem brand.

NEW DELHI: Xiaomi recently launched its latest fitness tracker Mi Band 4 in China. Along with this, the company also launched the Mi AI Translator under its Mi Ecosystem brand.
The Xiaomi Mi AI Translator comes pre-installed with Oxford and Collins dictionary. The device also consists of three Chinese dictionaries which can be used to translate words and learn correct English pronunciation.
The device also offer support for offline translation for Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean and German languages.
The Xiaomi Mi AI Translator comes with support for realtime translation between 34 languages covering 224 countries and regions around the world. The company has also introduced a 4G version of the device with SIM support and Wi-Fi hotspot sharing. The device also comes equipped with 5MP rear camera which is capable of capturing 5cm macro to capture close up shots.
The Xiaomi Mi AI translator sports a 4-inch display with 16:9 aspect ratio. The device is powered by a 2.0GHz multi-core processor paired with 2GB/3GB of RAM. The device also packs 16GB/64GB internal storage.
As mentioned above the device features a 5MP rear camera with 5cm Macro and f/2.2 aperture. Measuring 112.8 x 64 x 14.4mm, the translator comes with dual microphone and loudspeaker. The device is backed by a 2200mAh battery which claims to offer 25 days on standby time.
The company has priced the Xiaomi Mi AI Translator at 499 yuan and it comes in White and Black colour options. The device is up for pre-order in the country and will go on sale starting June 19.
Xiaomi is all set for the global launch of its latest Mi 9T and Mi 9T Pro smartphones. The devices are said to be the rebranded version of the recently launched Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro smartphones.
