Patricia Ann Ware, who "worked" at home raising her four children passed away on her 87th birthday, Sunday, September 9, 2018 at Viewcrest Health Center in Duluth.

Pat was born September 9, 1931 to Norman and Fern Miller in Federal Dam, Minnesota.

Pat married Robin E. Ware, September 17, 1950 in Federal Dam. Together they raised their children, gardened, and had a small farm with chickens, cows and horses. Pat also enjoyed crocheting, sewing, family activities and being an active member of United Lutheran Church in Proctor, participating in quilting, the library board and the Pricilla Circle.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Robin E. Ware Sr.; her daughter, Chevra Jean Ziegler and sisters: Norma Wolske and Judy Monette.

Pat is survived by her daughter, Cheryl (Russ) DeWall; sons, Robin E. Ware Jr. (Nancy) and Glenn W. Ware (Carlene); son-in-law, Kelly Ziegler; seven grandchildren; Troy (Traci) DeWall, Tami (Jeff) LeRoy, Derek (Sarah), Nicholas, Kyle Ziegler (Tess), Andy Ware and Michelle Ware; great-grandchildren, Lexie DeWall, Jordan and Quinn LeRoy; Rhett Ziegler; and Chevra Ziegler. She is also survived by her brother, Ron (Rosalie) Miller; sister, Marsha Sather; and many nieces and nephews who were all very special in her life.

Her many friends and family will always remember her smiling face and gentle touch.

Visitation: 10-11 a.m. with the Service at 11 a.m., Thursday, Sept. 13 at United Lutheran Church, 701 3rd Ave, in Proctor. Interment will be at Union Cemetery.
