Netflix dropped the trailer to Wet Hot American Summer: Ten Years Later  today, their much-anticipated follow-up to their prequel show in 2015.

Sound confusing? This upcoming sequel is set ten years after the last day of camp from the original movie, Wet Hot American Summer, while the previous Netflix series was set in the beginning of summer before hand.  The absurd comedy will be hitting Netflix on August 4 and will undoubtedly be another wild ride of crazy antics.

Wet Hot American Summer: Ten Years Later boasts just an impressive cast with a massive amount of returning actors. From the movie/the prequel season there will be appearances by Elizabeth Banks, Lake Bell, Sarah Burns, H. Jon Benjamin, Janeane Garofalo, Josh Charles, Amy Poehler, Paul Rudd, Marguerite Moreau, Christopher Meloni, Ken Marino, Joe Lo Truglio, Michael Ian Black, Michael Showalter, David Wain, Chris Pine, David Hyde Pierce, Jason Schwartzman, Marisa Ryan, Zak Orth, and Samm Levine.

New actors joining the series include:

Alyssa Milano, Jai Courtney, Adam Scott, Dax Shepard, Mark Feuerstein, Joey Bragg, Marlo Thomas, and Skyler Gisondo. Unfortunately, the only cast member not returning will be Bradley Cooper, who had too many scheduling conflicts to film anything. However, those familiar with the franchise know that there’s shot he makes a surprise cameo that has been kept under wraps.

As per usual, it seems like the series is going to take place over the span of they day with the group attempting to save the camp from an outside force. With all of the campers now grown up and leading their adult lives, they will fulfill their promise to reunite at Camp Firewood at 9 a.m.
