Main Street in Mandan will be welcoming two new restaurants to the area in July.

Mike Kennedy, part-owner of Copper Dog Café, and Curt Miller, part-owner of Old 10 Bar and Grill, have one thing in common and it's not their cuisine. They both say they hope to bring something unique to the area for the whole family to enjoy.

Workers are wrapping up the final phase of construction in this 1200 square foot property that will soon be Copper Dog Café.

Kennedy says he plans on hiring six to ten employees and plans to open the weekend before July 4th. He says the restaurant will serve up coffee and custom, high-quality waffles and toppings.

Copper Dog Café plans to release their full menu within the next week. Kennedy says the goal with Copper Dog Café is to bring a modern feel to a small town- but the construction doesn't stop there.

Curt Miller, owner of soon-to-come restaurant, Old 10 Bar & Grill says he thought it would be cool to renovate an old building and turn it into something eye pleasing.

His lot will soon transform into a 6,000 square foot bar and grill.

Miller says they're wrapping up construction and plan to be open by mid-July. Miller and his partners will be hiring between 40 and 50 employees to run Old 10.

Old 10 Bar and Grill will feature American cuisine.

Copper Dog Café will be located at 218 W. Main St. in Mandan.

Old 10 Bar and Grill will be located at 417 E. Main St. in Mandan.
