Hunters Run Country Club in Boynton Beach recently donated $6,200 to the Alzheimer’s Association on behalf of its first Step Up to Wellness Expo.
The event’s purpose was to help reinforce overall physical, mental, emotional health and wellness to the community’s members by showcasing an array of activities and demonstrations.
Outside vendors and sponsors were also in attendance to help raise proceeds for the Alzheimer’s Association.
Activities during the event included a three-mile run, a vendor expo, 20-minute lectures by professional speakers and a 20-minute class demonstration.
