Victoria Beckham got a little new-agey during her weeklong trip to the spa.

The fashion designer, 44, spent some time at Lanserhof Tegernsee — the famed luxury health retreat in Germany — unplugging from her busy lifestyle, getting a few spa treatments and detoxing with a refreshing glass of “full moon water.”

Loved staying at @lanserhof,” the former Spice Girl wrote on Instagram. “Thank u @healingholidays and everyone who sent me their top tips on staying balanced. Seems I need to be listening to true crime podcasts and having a glass of wine every now and then. And if all else fails, keep wearing some good shoes. @davidbeckham you’re just jealous you didn’t come.”

She also shared a photo on her Instagram Stories of Mondquelle, her beverage of choice during the retreat, which comes from German water brand St. Leonhards Quellen. According to the brand’s website, the beverage is “bottled on full moon day directly at the source of Bad Leonhardspfunzen, Stephanskirchen.”

The site also explains that, “The great physicist Max Planck has found out: Everything resonates in this universe – and in different frequencies. Bio-resonance pioneer Paul Schmidt has compiled these frequencies measured in Hertz for the human body, its organs and mental and emotional states … With modern bio-resonance equipment, our waters are regularly examined for their Hertz frequencies and compared with the so-called ‘control plan of the human body’ by Paul Schmidt.”

It also states that, “The biophysical water quality changes depending on the moon phase,” although there’s a disclaimer that urges readers to take note that, “the views presented here go far beyond the current state of science and that classical medicine has neither accepted nor recognized the effect of bioenergetic oscillation.”

Regardless, the drink should pair beautifully with Beckham’s pants with secret crystal pockets.
